Adam joined Xpedition in 2017 as a member of our Dynamics 365 Business Central team. Prior to joining Xpedition, Adam worked with our sister company as a support and implementation consultant. He has been working with Microsoft business applications for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with Dynamics GP, NAV, Dynamics CE (previously CRM), and now, Microsoft’s next generation application Business Central.
Adam is one part of the team responsible for designing and demonstrating our solutions. He does so by liaising with prospects, clients and business representatives so as to understand the organisation drivers and needs. His primary focus being in the area of financial management, reporting and business intelligence.
Outside of work Adam loves to travel which allows him to experience new cultures and environments across the globe. He also enjoys socialising, music, art, film and theatre, current affairs, sport and attempting to learn Spanish.
Ben joined Xpedition in 2015 as one of our Business Managers, specialising in the Financial and Professional Services sectors. He is responsible for supporting our customers’ commercial relationship with us from prospective engagement through implementation to ongoing support.
Ben’s 20+ years in technology is broad, having covered Internet Infrastructure, ERP, Financial Management, CRM / CXM and Digital Marketing, with the UK’s leading software houses and a Global Top 5 ERP Vendor prior to joining Xpedition. He has a keen interest in how we help our customers with all of their business–technology strategies.
Having trained as a classical musician, outside of work Ben enjoys performing music as well as running with his local running club. He also currently holds the Xpedition marathon record.
Charlie joined Xpedition in 2007 and has been working with Dynamics 365 CE (previously CRM) since it’s very early version.
Charlie is also the Xpedition Product Manager for implementation “accelerators” in the Private Equity, Wealth Management and Accountancy industries. This requires extensive industry knowledge and implementation experience in order to ensure that the accelerators present leading-edge functionality and ongoing evolution in light of new platform technologies, industry direction and regulatory requirements.
Outside of work Charlie enjoys family time, dog walks, travel and photography. He loves his coffee and considers himself somewhat of a coffee connoisseur.
Claude joined Xpedition in early 2019 as a critical member of our Business central and support teams. He has been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV) since 2017 is very familiar with the various versions of the platform from its current version and extending back to Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009.
Claude specialises in providing our Business Central client with expert support, guidance and training in and around the product. He deals with a number of complex and varied cases on a daily bases which require him to understand the unique integrations each company has within their system. Claude’s knowledge also encompasses other complimentary platforms to Business Central such as Jet Reports, and various document processing platforms too. His responsibilities often see him visiting different client sites providing hands-on support with any issues that they may have as well as delivering user training or assisting with data migration projects as they arise.
Outside of work Claude enjoys playing football, he also loves to relax and unwind watching a good television series.
Daniel joined Xpedition in 2008 as a support and technical consultant, assisting our clients with CRM related and technical issues that occurred within their Dynamics system. His knowledge of CRM extends back to the earlier version 4.0.
Daniel has worked on a variety of large/medium scale projects right the way through from capturing clients’ requirements, system design and build through to user training. He is our in-house infrastructure expert and is hot on the heels of technical updates that affect client deployments.
Outside of work Daniel loves a good word search, he also enjoys time in the gym, travel and spending time with family. Daniel is also our resident social officer and loves to explore new restaurants in and around the city.
David joined Xpedition in 2019 as a Senior Solution Architect with 20 years’ experience in all aspects of implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (and previously Dynamics Nav) in large-scale organisations. He brings experience across a multitude of different industries ranging from financial institutions, automotive, distribution, project and services, retail and commodity trading above others.
David specialises in finance and supply chain management with particular focus on technology enabled business transformations aimed at simplifying existing business process to fulfil best practices and facilitating digital disruption. Having work in various roles in different organisation, David is extremely conscientious about providing solutions that are delivered on-time and budget with particular focus on achieving quick time-to-value roll-outs.
For the above reasons in his current role, David collaborates closely with the client key and project managers to be able to provide effective recommendations throughout the full-cycle of the implementation and helping in minimising risk throughout the implementations.
In his personal life, David has an interest in home DIY projects, automotive detailing and technology, home entertainment and global travelling.
Since 2009, Dean has been the Xpedition General Manager responsible for commercial strategy and leading the team in delivering transformational projects for clients. Dean’s experience across the Dynamics 365 business applications platform stretches back to the late 90’s where he has had involvement in a wide variety of implementations with various clients and industries.
Prior to joining Xpedition, Dean’s previous roles include Microsoft UK, where he developed the market strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product launch and Dynamics channel development, and Aspective where he secured a Microsoft Global Partner of the Year Award.
In his spare time Dean enjoys sports, skiing and running in particular, though he’s relinquished the Xpedition marathon record. His love of technology extends beyond office hours as he is also a keen techno-anthropologist!
Eli joined Xpedition in 2018 as a member of our Dynamics 365 Business Central, the next generation of Dynamics NAV, team. Having worked with Dynamics ERP solutions since 2004 Eli has significant experience of the products and a firm grasp of the SMB marketplace.
Eli is a critical member of our business development and customer account management team, and is renowned for building lasting relationships with clients, helping them to streamline operations and maximise the return on their technology investments. This is where her heart lies although in previous roles she has also been a project and product manager.
Outside of work Eli is very much a country girl, she has two dogs which she spends a lot of time walking and she also horse rides, having previously competed competitively, now it’s just for fun and relaxation.
Emil joined Xpedition in 2018 and has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central and previously Dynamics NAV since 2006. During this period he’s developed excellent product knowledge, both functionally and technically.
As a consultant he’s lead a number of projects for customers within different industry sectors, including but not limited to: manufacturing & distribution, financial and professional services. Emil has always been passionate about Microsoft technology and beyond the Dynamics 365 suite he is familiar with SQL, .NET, SharePoint and several other software platforms and applications.
Within Xpedition, Emil works very closely with our clients at all stages of the project ensuring that they get the most possible value from their technology investment. He is often involved at the initial design and requirements workshops where he captures the client’s needs and objectives, evaluating these against the wider business needs, through to the design and architecture of the solution within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Outside of work Emil enjoys travelling, reading fantasy novels and gaming. He is also rather partial to a nice cold pint, or two, to help wind down at the weekend.
Eve joined Xpedition in 2015 and has been working with Dynamics 365 since 2012 and has worked with Dynamics from its early 4.0 version.
Eve is a seasoned business analyst and has worked on projects of varying size, from smaller scale project of just 10 users, all the way up projects with over 1000+ users, her goal has been to turn the clients’ needs into reality. Her projects have been across a variety of industries including, but not limited to, financial services, professional services, manufacturing and retail.
Outside of work Eve appreciates spending time outdoors; walking, hiking and cycling, particularly when the weather is nice. As a member of the National Trust she also loves to explore the historic places and beautiful landscapes on offer across the UK though she also has a fancy for a worldwide travel too. Eve is also a bit of a culinary queen and enjoys cooking and experiment with new recipes and ingredients
Fabio joined Xpedition in early 2019 as a Senior Technical Consultant in our Dynamics 365 Business Central team.
Fabio has a wealth of experience working with various Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies and has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously Dynamics Nav) since 2005. His work has involved providing guidance, support and advice to clients in a variety of different industries including importation, distribution and ICT services. His projects have been equally as varied with both small implementations and optimisations through to large scale, business critical installations, upgrade projects and business intelligence solutions.
Outside of the office Fabio enjoys photography, travel and loves to play Volley Ball – he is currently coaching a Ladies Volley Ball team in his home town of Basingstoke.
Graham has been with Xpedition since 2005 and has been involved in many major projects within the Microsoft Dynamics arena over the years. Graham previously worked with Dynamics GP before concentrating on Dynamics CE deployments amongst our the Xpedition client base.
In his Account Management role, Graham predominantly deals with the commercial aspects of Dynamics Customer Engagement (previously CRM) projects across multiple industries. His experience has spanned across all versions of Dynamics CRM up to the latest Cloud Migration deployments as well as more recently, integration with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Outside of work Graham continues to plot his way around the Coastal Path which keeps him from his constant gardening job’s list and sorting out the shed.
Gareth joined Xpedition in 2018 to help establish a new Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central practice. Gareth has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously Dynamics NAV) since 1999 covering many different roles from development to consultancy to project manager.
Gareth has over 19 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions across a wide variety of sectors. Covering all aspects of ERP delivery throughout his career enabling him to successfully provide leadership and direction to Xpedition’s NAV and D365 delivery teams.
Gareth is responsible for ensuring on time and on budget implementations across the development and consultancy teams within our Business Central practice.
Outside of work Gareth is a keen runner and also a dog lover and spends many hours walking and running in the welsh hills where he’s based.
Ivelina joined Xpedition in 2019 as our Engagement Executive and a key member of our Marketing team. Ivelina is responsible for executing our engagement strategy to, keeping abreast of the latest conversations through these channels and ensuring that Xpedition is delivering seamless and personalised experiences to our prospects and clients.
Ivelina has a firm understanding of the latest and greatest marketing practices, gained whilst working in both B2C and B2B digital marketing roles. She is particularly passionate about technology and the role it plays in shaping businesses today. Ivelina is expanding Xpedition’s digital influence, applying best practise social media tactics, and strengthening Xpedition’s leading position as a recognised forward thinking expert in the market.
When not in front of her laptop (or phone) Ivelina is either swimming, boxing or doing her daily yoga routine. She enjoys time with her loved ones, a beach holiday, a nice book, or a generous brunch with a cup of tea. An absolute foodie, she loves trying new restaurants and cuisines.
Jack joined Xpedition in 2019 as a Solutions Architect and he has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously Dynamics Nav) since 2007.
Jack has experience working in a number of industries, including manufacturing and retail. Jack prides himself on providing solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client, whilst also maintaining focus on system usability, to ensure that each client achieves optimal user adoption and, most critically, gets the best possible value from their technology investment. His projects have varied from small implementations and exiting platform optimisations through to large scale, multi-office, business-critical installations.
Outside of work, Jack is a keen scout leader and outdoorsman. His passion is hiking and bushcraft but he also has a love of woodworking, cooking, enjoying delicious food and chasing unusual beers.
James joined Xpedition in 2009 and has been working with Dynamics 365 (previously CRM) since version 3.0.
James combines experience in delivering large, complex Dynamics 365 projects with a wealth of expertise in integration, BI and data migration using a variety of different technologies including, but not limited to, Scribe, LogicApps, Flow and PowerBI. He is our leader and advocate for new and emerging platforms and holds the title ‘Inspector gadget’ amongst the team for his eagerness to trial and learn the latest technologies.
Outside of work, and when he isn’t providing taxi services for his children, James enjoys running, new gadgets, going to the gym and walking the dogs.
John joined Xpedition in the beginning of 2020 and he has been working with Microsoft Dynamics for 13 years, focusing on CRM and business process improvement across diverse range of sectors.
John is enabling businesses to understand the long-term successful outcomes of transformational projects. He is particularly interested in seeing our customers realising the improvements through technology and the strategies we have helped them to implement.
Outside of work John is enjoying cycling and running. He regularly competes in duathlons in a range of disciplines on the road, track and off-road, including for Great Britain in age-group duathlon.
Josh joined Xpedition in 2019 as a member of our Business Central team. He is very familiar with Microsoft 365 Business Central and Dynamics Nav having worked with it from version 2.7.
As one of our solution consultants, Josh is heavily involved in designing and demonstrating our solutions within the Microsoft product. He does so by liaising with prospects, clients and business representatives so as to understand the organisation drivers and needs.
Josh’s implementation experience has resulted in knowledge across a variety of different industries from warehouse & logistics, servicing organisations, financial services, and professional services. Whether it be solution design, process mapping, workshops or even training Josh has covered them during his time as a consultant.
Outside of work Josh enjoys family time, running, cooking and football. He has an English Bulldog named Rodney, a fitting name for the breed, who he loves taking for walks.
Katie joined Xpedition in 2017, through our graduate scheme and is an active member of our Customer Engagement support team. She specialises in assisting clients with issues that crop up within their Dynamics system and navigating between the wide range of various applications and configurations of our clients’ varying systems and integrations.
Katie’s experience has involved using her Dynamics knowledge to engage with all versions of Dynamics, from the older CRM 4.0 all the way through to the current version. Additionally, Katie is familiar with other Microsoft applications within the suite including PowerApps, Flow and the Common Data Service. She works with a variety of clients in diverse industries with the nuances of different sized projects. Beyond this she has been involved with lead case management, training, testing, solution deployment, portal work and many other areas.
Outside of work Katie enjoys baking, something which the office greatly benefits from, her specialities include banana bread and cupcakes. She is an avid netball player having recently joined a local league and loves a good cuppa.
Kayleigh joined Xpedition in 2015 and started her journey with us as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant with a marketing specialism, fitting to her 10+ year’s client side experience in marketing roles within the automotive and engineering industries.
Kayleigh was introduced to the Microsoft suite of applications back in 2007 when she was asked to join a project focus team, collectively responsible for the review and implementation of a companywide ERP strategy. Her role as a marketer had found her spending vast amounts of time critiquing, evaluating and justifying marketing spend and the introduction of CRM transformed what was previously a lengthy, dull and relentless task into an efficient, rewarding and insightful series of graphs and reports. It was this exposure that spurred her interest in CRM technologies and the Microsoft platforms in particular.
Since March of 2019 Kayleigh has been heading up our marketing team and is responsible for our brand awareness, defining and fine-tuning our marketing strategy along with the management of our own internal Dynamics CE platform. She is particularly passionate about ensuring that we are following our own best practice guidelines and, most critically, ensuring that our prospects and customers receive the very best experience from all areas of the Xpedition business.
In her spare time Kayleigh has a fondness for Pilates, music and dance – having previously danced on the London stage and in various competitions during her teenage years, these days it’s purely for fun. She loves a good sing-along, and most enjoys quality time, sipping tea or prosecco, with her loves ones.
Khursheed joined Xpedition back in 2013 as our Head of Support. He is the person responsible for the management of our support desk team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, coupled with the extensive product knowledge of our support team.
Khursheed was instrumental in the setup and structure of our customer portal, giving our supported customers access to log and monitor cases online, he also introduced our graduate support consultant scheme in 2017. In conjunction with our Gold Partner status and our Advanced Support for Partners’ membership he maintains a close working relationship with the Dynamics 365 management team at Microsoft.
Outside of work Khursheed has a penchant for eating out in London, be it Roti King or The Ledbury and watching foreign films.
Laleh joined the Xpedition team in 2019 as our Resource Coordinator and plays a crucial role in the operations of the business. Prior to joining Xpedition, Laleh worked as a contracts administrator, a demanding role that required exceptional organisation skills.
Laleh works closely with our Project Managers to plan out and schedule each member of our delivery team, both Business Central and Customer Engagement, drawing upon the right expertise for each project.
Laleh responsibility involves knowing precisely where we are, what we are doing and which clients we are with, that’s the way she likes it and it certainly keeps us on our toes. She is the queen bee of our scheduling platform and is heavily involved in our customer ‘on-boarding’ process too, making sure that the handover from our sales to delivery teams take place in a timely and efficient manner and that our customers always know who to contact.
In her spare time Laleh can be found with her head in a book, playing badminton, or organising her daughters’ school events.
Luca joined Xpedition in 2018 and has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central and previously Dynamics NAV since 1999 and possesses extensive product knowledge, both functionally and technically.
Luca has worked in different roles within the NAV realm, from the early years as a consultant and developer, to project and product management. His role as a Solution Architect with Xpedition sees him working closely with our clients at all stages of the project ensuring that they get the most possible value from their technology investment. He is often involved at the initial design and requirements workshops where he captures the client’s needs and objectives, evaluating these against the wider business needs, through to the design and architecture of the solution within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Throughout his career he has worked with customers in many different sectors, but he particularly enjoys working with clients in the Fashion industry, as he consider them, with their many outlets, the perfect mix of Finance and Distribution.
Over the course of the years Luca has delivered projects in different countries: China, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and USA. The opportunity to travel is something he enjoys both in and out of work.
Lucy joined Xpedition in 2014 and has been working with Dynamics CE (previously CRM) and other CRM technologies since 2011. She has extensive hands-on knowledge of the Dynamics CE platform and her experience has involved working with clients from a variety of different business sectors.
Lucy’s project implementations have varied from scoping and scouting workshops, detailed design, through to end-to-end software implementations. Lucy is renowned for building lasting and trusted relationships with our clients, ensuring that we deliver against expectations, with timely communications advice and guidance at all stages of their journey.
In her own time, Lucy enjoys DIY, travel and music and has an appetite for dabbling in creative projects for the enjoyment of her family and friends.
Marcus Joined Xpedition as part of the graduate scheme in 2019 and is an active member of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (previously CRM) support team, assisting our clients with any issues that crop up within their system. Fresh from university he is eager to learn more about the Dynamics infrastructure and is already proving himself as a valuable member of the team.
Marcus’ experience to date has involved working with clients and customers from various different industries. This requires a unique skill as he is dipping in and out of very different system setups multiple times a day.
Outside of work Marcus enjoys playing football and is a passionate fan. He also loves to listen to music wherever he is and is also rather partial to a good Netflix series of an evening.
Mark joined Xpedition in 2005 and holds a wide breadth and depth of product knowledge coupled with a broad technical background and proven track record of delivering large complex projects.
Mark has worked with Microsoft Dynamics CE (previously CRM) since version 1.2 and has a great amount of knowledge and experience in a wide range of supporting technologies including BizTalk, SharePoint, LogicApps and Scribe – to name but a few. He holds the title of ‘Technical lead’ for many of the more technical projects that require integration – however big or small they might be.
Outside of work Mark enjoys cars and sailing, he is one to watch out for on the karting circuit!
Michael joined Xpedition in 2019 as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant. He has been working with Dynamics since 2017 and his previous experience involved working as a Dynamics support consultant. It is fair to say that he is rather familiar with the varied and unique system structures of a number of different clients. Michael brings a myriad of Dynamics 365 CE technical knowledge to the team and a passion/drive to see successful Microsoft CE deployments with satisfied customers.
Having started from a support role in Dynamics Michael has a firm understanding of Dynamics, his role as a consultant means that he is able to use this wealth of knowledge during client engagements, ensuring that the systems we design and build, meet the client expectations and adhere to Microsoft and Industry best practices. Michael is also particularly keen to take advantage of the new and exciting advances in technology, ensuring that the clients are benefiting from the most up to date and robust solutions available.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid F1 fan and aims to attend at least one race each F1 calendar year. He also enjoys watching rugby and a good Netflix series.
Peter has been with Xpedition since 2006 and has been involved in the CRM arena for over 20 years. He implemented one of the first Microsoft CRM deployments in the UK back in 2003!
Peter has had a number of roles in Xpedition revolving around showcasing the features and business benefits of the Microsoft Dynamics suite. His longevity in the Microsoft channel, relationships within the Dynamics community and solution knowledge help Xpedition to stay at the cutting edge of customer engagement technology. In addition to solution strategy, Peter’s current role includes management of the pre-sales resource across both the Customer Engagement and Business Central teams.
Outside of work Peter enjoys long dog walks, DIY, gardening and indulging in his love of classic rock.
Phil joined Xpedition in 2018 as a member of our Dynamics 365 Business Central, the next generation of Dynamics NAV, team. Having worked with Dynamics ERP solutions since 1997. Phil has extensive experience of a range of ERP products in and around the Microsoft suite of applications which is complimented by a firm grasp of the SMB marketplace across a variety of different industry sectors, including Fashion and Apparel which is a specific area of specialisation.
Phil is a vital member of our business development team and customer account management team and prides himself on building indelible relationships with clients, ensuring that they maximise their return on their investment and optimise business efficiencies.
Outside of work Phil’s hobbies include football, socialising with family and friends, and has a love of classic cars – he is currently restoring a rare Ford.
Nealesh joined Xpedition in 2011 and has been working with Dynamics CE (previously CRM) since its early versions. His CRM product knowledge extends beyond Microsoft’s offering, having worked with other CRM solutions in a previous role.
Nealesh is a highly experienced project manager, with diverse sector expertise, having delivered a large number of projects to clients in the Financial Services, Not for Profit, Education, Hospitality and Leisure, Public & Professional Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Marketing industries respectively – all within the context of CRM.
Outside of work Nealesh is a gym fanatic, who on few weekday mornings enjoys the physical challenges of circuit training with friends and running. As a father of a young family he also finds himself providing an Uber service for his boys.
Richard joined Xpedition in November 2017. In his previous roles, he has worked in both the marketing and events industries, collaborating with fellow marketers and sales professionals.
Richard has extensive experience working in a marketing capacity having spent six years as a marketing consultant for a London-based B2B marketing agency. A challenging yet highly engaging role, he worked with CMOs and senior marketers from global firms who needed to engage hard-to-reach, senior decision-makers in innovative ways. From researching the challenges in a specific industry to creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, he has an in-depth knowledge of the needs of a diverse range of industries including financial services, fintech, management consultancy, cybersecurity, telecoms and the creative industries.
It was in his role before Xpedition that he developed a particular interest in the software industry and an eagerness to demonstrate how intelligent software investment can contribute to the growth and operational efficiencies of businesses. This interest is what ultimately drove him to seek out a marketing role at a tech-driven software consultancy. Since joining Xpedition, Richard has been responsible for delivering and executing marketing campaigns for the Customer Engagement (previously CRM) part of the business and works closely with our Business Development team to existing and future clients with valuable information that assist them in the execution of their CRM strategy.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys sports, music, travel, and reading about history, current affairs and business. Both working and living in his adopted city of London, he still loves finding the time to explore the city’s many galleries, museums, restaurants and attractions.
Sally Van Dam
Sally joined Xpedition in 2019 and holds an immense amount of knowledge and experience gained from her 18 years in project and programme management, 10 of which have been within the Microsoft domain.
Sally’s experience has involved working with clients from a variety of different business sectors and countries. Her project implementations have been equally as varied, from initial scoping and scouting workshops through to full end-to-end software implementations. Sally’s project management expertise have been critical in ensuring that clients are kept in the loop, managing resources and expectations as well as providing leadership and mentorship amongst the project team – it’s a tough gig!
Outside of work, Sally loves her music and motorsports (spectator side only!) and spends a lot of her spare time going to concerts, festivals and motorsport events. In previous years, she used to ride motorbikes and even played the drums in various bands!
Shahnaz joined Xpedition in 2016 and has been working with Dynamics CE (previously CRM) and other CRM related technologies since 2014.
Shahnaz has experience working with clients from both the financial and professional services industries along with the delivery of function based solutions for sales, marketing and customer service to clients of all shapes and sizes. Her expertise is also complimented by her knowledge of complex integrations to financial management systems.
Outside of work Shahnaz enjoys the occasional expedition or two herself, setting off on mini adventures in her pursuit to travel every country across the globe.
Shaily joined Xpedition in 2010 and has in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (previously CRM) having worked with it since its early version 3.0.
Shaily has been involved in a variety of client projects, varying in size and scale, these projects have been delivered across all versions of Dynamics both online and on prem. Her involvement has included, but is not limited to, evaluating user requirements against business objectives, designing and delivering custom solutions to meet client needs.
Shaily is also one of our SSRS reporting wizards! Producing reports for clients that draw data from complex data structures within Dynamics and present the data elegantly and in a user friendly format, just how our clients like it.
During her spare time Shaily enjoys travel and spending time with her family. She also has a particular interest in Indian music and Bollywood dance and has been involved in a number of on-stage performances.
Stephen joined Xpedition in early 2019 and begun working with Dynamics NAV back in 1997 with the early version 1.0 release. Throughout his career, working with Microsoft technologies, Stephen has worked very closely with clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, warehousing, professional and financial services and, more recently, in the fashion and retail space.
Stephen’s expertise extends beyond solely the functional application, he has been heavily involved in projects throughout the full development lifecycle including scouting, installation, configuration, regression testing and performance optimisation as well as end-user training and support. Now working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Stephen is helping to deliver solutions that best fits the needs and requirements of our customers’ as well as identifying and evaluations new and upcoming technologies that enhance the user experience and use of the Business Central platform.
Outside of the office Stephen appreciates the great outdoors. He loves hitting the road for weekends away in his caravan, travelling the world skiing, diving and playing golf. He also enjoys any excuse to get out for a long ride on his motorbike.
Steve joined the Xpedition Business Central team in 2018 and has been helping our clients optimise their operations and maximise the return on investment they’ve made in their Dynamics financial management solution, be it Business Central or Dynamics Nav.
Prior to joining Xpedition, Steve worked as a Management Accountant which is where his knowledge and understanding of financial processes stemmed. His first-hand experience means that he is only too familiar with a clients need to make the most of the systems they use including Finance and Business Intelligence. The projects that Steve has been involved in range from small tactical solutions all the way through to larger projects that have involved multi-country roll-outs with an assortment of integrations. Having worked with many clients in various sectors, Steve primarily concentrates on the Not for Profit sector which lends itself well to the voluntary work Steve undertakes in his spare time.
Outside of work Steve has 3 young children which keep him suitably entertained, he also has a passion for youth football coaching between the ages of 3-11, a challenging yet incredibly rewarding passion of his.
Sun joined Xpedition in 2019 as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant. She has been working with a number of independent CRM consultancy practices since 2015 offering impartial advice and guidance on various CRM software and platforms as well as Dynamics 365 CE.
As a PRINCE 2 Practitioner, Sun has delivered a number of complex digital transformation and rescue projects across the UK, Europe and the US. She understands that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a combination of strategy, people, processes and culture, underpinned by technology and recognises that her role is to enable technology that delivers tangible business benefit to clients.
Outside of work Sun is a keen writer with a particular interest in writing storybooks, she applied for a Booker Prize a few years ago. She is also an adventurous traveller enjoying raw and wild places and is currently setting up her next trip to the Colombian Amazon.
Suneetha joined Xpedition in 2015 and has been working with CRM systems and their related solutions since 2008.
Suneetha’s experience has involved working with clients from various different industries and on projects of all shapes and sizes. Her Dynamics knowledge goes all the way back to CRM 4.0 and her involvement has taken many forms including: critically evaluating end-user requirements, the design and deployment of bespoke solutions, development lead and managing other members of the team, portal design training and implementation – to name but a few.
Outside of work Suneetha enjoys travel, shopping and family time and is a favourite in the office for her delicious home-made samosas.
Tejal joined Xpedition as part of a graduate scheme introduced at the start of 2017 and has since been a key member of our Customer Engagement Support team. She has been working with various clients on different platforms from CRM 4.0 on premise to Dynamics 365 online.
Tejal’s experience has involved managing and dealing with complex cases from clients with multifaceted systems and intricate integrations. Her knowledge also expands to other applications such as Microsoft Power BI. She actively assists with the development and testing of the Support Portal, knowledge sharing within the support team and looking into innovative ideas in which the level of service can be improved.
Outside of work, she enjoys a myriad of activities including swimming, jogging, hiking and dancing as part of competitions and charity events. She also loves a good murder mystery book and crime drama series. The Xpedition team always appreciate being treated to her iconic vegetable samosas and doughnuts!
Tim joined Xpedition in 2001 as part of Touchstone Group’s finance team. As the Xpedition division of Touchstone grew, there was a need to expand the finance team and Tim stepped into the newly created role as our Financial Controller in 2009.
As a fully qualified member of ACCA since 2008, Tim deals with all things finance for Xpedition, from managing the monthly accounts to seeing the annual audit signed off. He ensures that our suppliers are paid on time and that our clients pay their bills allowing us to continue delivering exceptional levels of service to them.
Outside of work Tim is kept busy by his young family and if he gets any spare time from them he can often be found hacking his way round Hertfordshire’s golf courses in an inexorable losing battle to get his handicap down to single figures!
Venous joined Xpedition in 2019 as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant with a marketing specialism.
Venous brings a wealth of marketing experience, having previously worked in a marketing role for a business helping organisations implement CRM systems within the financial services industry. Her first-hand experience as a user of Dynamics 365 and marketing automation tools means she truly understands clients’ needs and can help identify gaps in current processes, as well as provide advice on the best approach to meet marketing objectives.
Outside of work Venous is a devoted volleyball player, competing in both National and London leagues and trains up to 5 days a week. Her self-confessed competitive nature has made her a desired team member in our company socials.
