Using enhanced relationship management, firm and contact details can be maintained with the ability to track all activity and understand the value of connections. In the case of an Investor, a complete profile is built up of investment preferences, committed investments, current fundraising activity and any co-invest opportunities that have been offered.
In the case of Portfolio companies, KPI information may be in included to give the viewer summary information on the performance and of the company, including key metrics and areas that may require closer monitoring and action.
Specific contacts at an investor can be linked with relevant investments to enable efficient and accurate targeting of communications with fund updates or to attract further investment.
